Pebble Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0 · Effective date: 20.10.2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Braveheart Ventures LLC about your use of the Pebble app. Please read them. If you do not agree to them, please do not use Pebble.

1. Who we are

Braveheart Ventures LLC
1887 SE Milport Rd
Milwaukie, OR 97222
United States

Contact: pebble.scheduler@yahoo.com

In these terms, "Pebble", "we" and "us" mean Braveheart Ventures LLC. "You" means the person using the app.

2. What Pebble is — and what it is not

Pebble suggests venues and events you might enjoy, based on a short personality questionnaire and on what you have shown interest in. That is all it does.

We are not the organiser, promoter, owner, operator or seller of anything we suggest. We do not run the venues or the events, we do not sell tickets, and we do not act as anyone's agent. We are an information and discovery service.

This means, specifically:

Please check details with the venue or organiser directly before you rely on them or travel anywhere.

How we make money

Some links in Pebble are referral links. If you follow one and then book or buy something, the venue or organiser may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing extra — you pay the same price you would have paid by going there directly.

It does not affect what we recommend to you. Suggestions are ranked on your questionnaire results and on what you have shown interest in, and on nothing else. We do not accept payment for placement, we do not rank venues that pay us above venues that do not, and no venue can buy its way into your recommendations.

3. You must be 18 or older

Pebble is for adults only. You may only use it if you are 18 or older, and we ask you to confirm this before you start. Some venues and events we suggest are age-restricted, and we have not designed the app for minors. If we learn that someone under 18 is using Pebble, we will stop their access and delete their data.

4. Your personality results are not advice

Pebble uses the Ten-Item Personality Inventory (TIPI), published by Gosling, Rentfrow & Swann (2003) in the Journal of Research in Personality, 37, 504–528. It is a deliberately very brief research measure, and its own authors note it is less reliable than longer personality inventories.

Your results are an approximate description, intended to be interesting and to help us make better suggestions. They are not:

Pebble does not provide psychological, medical or professional advice. If you want a proper personality assessment, or support with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.

5. Using Pebble properly

Please use Pebble as it is meant to be used. You agree not to:

If you break these rules we may suspend or end your access.

6. Who owns what

We own the Pebble app, its name and branding, its design, its recommendation logic and the arrangement of its catalogue, or we license them from others. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes. Nothing else is transferred to you.

Venue and event information, images and names belong to the venues, organisers and other sources they come from, and are used here to describe what is on offer.

The TIPI instrument is made freely available for any purpose by its author; we credit it as set out in section 4.

7. Pebble is in beta, and may change or stop

Pebble is currently an early test version. It will contain faults, suggestions may be poor, and features will appear and disappear. We provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of Pebble at any time, and we may reset or delete test data when a testing phase ends. We will give you reasonable notice in the app where we can, but during beta we may not always be able to.

We do not promise that Pebble will be available without interruption, free of errors, or secure against every possible threat.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible to you for loss or damage that we cause by breaking these terms or by failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for:

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your rights under the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country apply in addition to these terms and are not affected by them.

9. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Pebble whenever you like. Uninstalling the app stops any further collection and ends this agreement, but it does not by itself delete what we already hold on our servers. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to that data, and the limits that apply to individual deletion requests during the test phase.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we reasonably believe your use is harming the service or other people, or if we discontinue Pebble.

10. Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we hold, why, and what rights you have over it. It forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law, and where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, that does not take away your rights. Under EU law you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings against us in the courts of that country. Nothing in this section changes that.

12. Other terms

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else; we may transfer ours if we sell or reorganise the business, and we will tell you if we do.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Pebble afterwards, that counts as accepting the change. If you do not accept it, please delete your data and stop using the app. Each version carries a version number and effective date at the top of this page.

14. Contact
